Where do you ship?
At present, we are only able to ship orders within the United States and the United Kingdom. We also ship internationally to restaurants and hospitality businesses that meet our order minimums. Please contact us at

How much is delivery?
Orders within the United States:
For retail orders over $200, standard no rush delivery is complimentary. For orders under $200, standard delivery is $15. It usually takes about 2-3 business days to pick and ship your order. We currently do not offer expedited delivery. Please note that trade orders are subject to different shipping rates.
Orders to the United Kingdom:
Standard delivery is $25. It usually takes about 2-3 business days to pick and ship your order. We currently do not offer expedited delivery. Customers are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by HMRC.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number so you can follow your package.
What do I do if my order was damaged during transit?

What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition no later than 14 days from when your order was delivered. If an item does not meet the criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the client. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if the returned order is in the original condition. The shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will not be charged a shipping fee for the exchange delivery.
How do I return or exchange an item?

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to place the order. The shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and refund.

What is your trade program?
Our trade program offers exclusive access to complimentary samples, special trade pricing, and dedicated support for your project. It is available to trade professionals, hotels, bars, restaurants, and hospitality operators. Please note that you must provide a form of documentation verifying you are a licensed business to qualify for trade pricing. Acceptable forms of documentation could include a Sellers Permit, Department of Revenue Letter, Sales and Use Tax Certificate, Certificate of Authority, Sales Tax License, Builders License, or Business Registration Certificate.
Is there a minimum order requirement for trade orders?
Yes, we require a minimum order of 24 units.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, as part of the trade program, we offer complimentary samples. We want trade professionals to get a firsthand feel for our products. Please note that you must provide a form of documentation verifying you are a licensed business to be eligible to receive complimentary samples. Acceptable forms of documentation could include a Sellers Permit, Department of Revenue Letter, Sales and Use Tax Certificate, Certificate of Authority, Sales Tax License, Builders License, or Business Registration Certificate.
How are trade orders shipped?
We will work with you directly to determine the shipping method that best suits your needs. Orders will be shipped through FedEx or UPS. In some cases, larger orders may be sent via a freight shipping partner.

What is crystal glassware?
Crystal is a type of glass known for its clarity and brilliance. When natural light passes through, it refracts and disperses into a spectrum of colors, creating a breathtaking shine and sparkling effect. Its durable composition allows for decorative cuts, which are done by skilled and experienced glass masters, giving each piece a hand-cut finish. Perhaps crystal’s most magical characteristic is its metallic sonorous tone, which is noticeable when you ping your glass.
Where is your crystal glassware made?
Each piece of Pleasure Island crystal is made in Rogaska Slatina, Slovenia. With a tradition of over 350 years of glassmaking, Rogaska Glassworks applies exceptional know-how, mastery, and expertise to each piece of Pleasure Island crystal. This encompasses a deep understanding of the materials, techniques, and processes, as well as the ability to combine creativity and artistry. This know-how has been passed down through generations, blending traditional methods with modern advancements to maintain and elevate the standards of the craft.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our product packaging and shipping boxes are recyclable with paper. We recognize our environmental impact, and try to only use recyclable paper and cardboard with all our packaging.
Care
What is the best way to clean my crystal glassware?
Handwashing is the gentler and preferred method for cleaning our crystal glassware.
Handwashing
Hand wash in warm soapy water using a mild detergent.
Dishwashing
Please securely load the our crystal glassware and ensure that it is not touching other objects. Select the lowest temperature setting. Avoid dishwashing crystal glassware with non-glass items such as metals and aluminum. At the end of the cycle, open the dishwasher door to allow the steam to escape.
How do I care for my crystal?
Over time, all types of glass, including crystal glass, can develop cloudiness. In most cases, cloudiness can be easily removed with citric acid or white vinegar. Avoid pouring boiling hot liquids into a cold glass, or pouring very cold liquids into warm glass. Do not use product in a microwave or oven.
